White Knight - How to Receive a Share Certificate of Canadian Exchange Co.
Former shareholders of White Knight who have not yet converted their White Knight share certificates into exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co. (Note: There is a further step to convert these shares into shares of US Gold Corporation) should complete a letter of transmittal (in the form attached or available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com) and deliver this letter of transmittal together with the original White Knight share certificates to the depositary under the arrangement, Pacific Corporate Trust Company, at the address set out on the last page of the letter of transmittal.
If the original share certificates have been lost, the former shareholder should contact Pacific Corporate Trust Company to obtain a replacement certificate.
Former shareholders who hold White Knight shares beneficially or in a street name with a brokerage firm need to contact that brokerage firm and instruct them to convert those White Knight shares into exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co. Those brokerage firms should have internal bulletins regarding this procedure.
Former shareholders of White Knight should also contact Pacific Corporate Trust Company if they require a tax election package (as described in more detail in the management information circular). The tax election forms need to be completed in duplicate and returned by September 28, 2007 to:
